Atlas Earth rent formula and rates

See the published inputs and calculation assumptions behind Parcel Atlas, including parcel rarity, passport bonuses, regular boosts, and Super Rent Boost hours.

The core calculation

rent = parcel rate × seconds × passport multiplier × active boost

Parcel Atlas calculates base rent from each rarity count, applies the passport multiplier, then separates regular hours from actively boosted SRB hours. A 30-day month is used for monthly results; yearly results use 365 days and twelve months of the entered SRB assumption.

Passport multiplier

The badge bonus multiplies the full parcel rent result. Parcel Atlas selects the published level from the badge count you enter.

  • 0 badges: 1.00×
  • 1+ threshold: 1.05×
  • 11+ threshold: 1.10×
  • 31+ threshold: 1.15×
  • 61+ threshold: 1.20×
  • 101+ threshold: 1.25×

Regular boost and SRB hours

Regular boosted hours use the multiplier for the account’s US parcel tier, or the custom multiplier entered for another location. Unboosted hours remain at 1×. Active SRB hours use 50× for up to 150,000 parcels; parcels above the cap use the regular tier during those hours.

Average-rate estimates versus exact estimates

The main calculator uses your exact rarity counts. Forward-looking tools—such as the tier jump and badge-versus-parcel comparisons—use the published weighted-average parcel rate because future parcel rarities are unknown. Results are rounded only for display; calculations retain full precision.
